Ms. Anjana Gautam is an experienced professional with strong academic and practical expertise in Economics, Finance, Law, and Institutional Administration. She holds advanced qualifications in Economics (M.A.), Management and Business Studies (MBS), and Law (LLB), providing her with a multidisciplinary foundation in economic policy, financial management, legal compliance, and organizational governance.
She possesses extensive experience in administrative leadership, financial planning, legal documentation, policy coordination, institutional compliance, and strategic management. Her expertise includes contract management, regulatory affairs, business administration, investment documentation, and legal review of organizational and development projects.
As the Administrative Director of NIIERD, she plays a key role in overseeing institutional operations, administrative governance, financial coordination, legal compliance, and strategic execution of research and development initiatives. She ensures smooth institutional functioning while supporting national and international partnerships, project administration, and policy implementation.
At NIIERD, she also serves as a National Expert (Economics, Finance and Legal Affairs), contributing to economic policy research, financial analysis, legal advisory support, institutional governance, and development project management.
