Mr. Pawan Chukaha is a technology entrepreneur and digital transformation specialist based in Kathmandu, with expertise in IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and business automation. He is the CEO of Mercy Technology Pvt. Ltd., leading projects in cloud systems, cybersecurity, and scalable digital solutions.
With leadership experience as Corporate Head at Mahendra Purifier Pvt. Ltd., he has driven nationwide operations, digital integration, and technical deployment. He has also served at Election Commission Nepal in IT system support and currently leads Gauraksha Nepal as President.
At NIIERD, he serves as an International IT & Digital Transformation Expert, contributing to digital infrastructure development, technology-driven policy support, enterprise system advisory, and international collaboration initiatives. His role includes supporting digital ecosystems, smart infrastructure, research systems, and cross-border technological partnerships.
